ELIGIBILITY:
The Western Digital WD PurpleTM program (“Promotion”) is valid from 01 February 2025 to 30 June 2025 and only open to Western Digital authorized resellers who: (i) have received this e-mail promotion directly from PT Computesta Digital Indonesia; (ii) purchase Qualifying Products (as defined below) during the Promotion Period (as defined below) from Western Digital-authorized Distributors or resellers (as such list is provided by Western Digital); (iii) conduct the Promotional Activity (as defined below); (iv) are not affiliates of Western Digital Technologies, Inc. (“Western Digital”); (v) meet any other requirements PT Computesta Digital Indonesia defines in writing; and (vi) are incorporated or registered in Indonesia. By participating in this Promotion, eligible resellers that satisfy the criteria above (also referred to herein as “participant(s)” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated herein by this reference. This Promotion may not be combined with any other promo, program or offer from Western Digital, unless otherwise permitted by Western Digital in writing.

PROMOTION PERIOD:
The Promotion commences on 01 February 2025, at 00:00 WIB (GMT+7) and concludes on 30 June 2025, at 24:00 WIB (GMT+7) (“Promotion Period”).

QUALIFYING PRODUCTS/PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY:
The qualifying products for this Promotion (“Qualifying Products”) are WD Purple™ HDDs– all capacities and models purchased from authorized Western Digital distributors.

The Promotional Activity for this Promotion (“Promotional Activity”) is to purchase WD Purple™ HDD products, which grants participants a chance to win lucky draw prize, according to the criteria specified below.

REWARDS:
Participants in this Promotion will have the opportunity to enter a Lucky Draw for a chance to win exciting prizes. The rewards for this Lucky Draw are as follows:

  • Grand Prize: One (1 unit) Honda Vario 125cc automatic motorcycle (Off The Road). Gift tax will be covered by Western Digital. The winner is responsible for any additional costs related to vehicle registration, including but not limited to STNK, BPKB, BBN-KB, and PKB.
  • Second Prize: Two (2 units) Samsung Galaxy S25 256GB smartphones. Gift tax will be covered by Western Digital.
  • Third Prize: Twelve (12 units) Antam Gold Bars (0.5 grams each). Gift tax will be covered by Western Digital.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. Purchases must be made through an official distributor.
  2. Lucky draw tickets are calculated based on distributor sales data:
    • Participants will earn one (1) lucky draw ticket for every 20 units of WD Purple™ HDDs purchased.
    • If the purchased HDDs are 4TB or larger, participants will receive one (1) additional ticket per 20 units.
  3. The lucky draw will be conducted online transparently, with winners randomly selected using a fair and verifiable method via online apps like wheelofnames.com.
  4. Winners will be announced via official communication channels, and PT Computesta Digital Indonesia will notify them directly regarding prize collection.
  5. The program applies according to the terms set by the organizer, and the decision is final.

All rewards offered in this Promotion are subject to the relevant terms and conditions, warranty and RMA return policies. Delivery subject to manufacturer and distributor procedures. If participant fails to accept delivery of the reward within a reasonable period, participant will forfeit their claim to the reward and Western Digital or PT Computesta Digital Indonesia will have no further liability to participant. Participant agrees that Western Digital or PT Computesta Digital Indonesia has neither made nor is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the rewards, including, but not limited to, the quality, mechanical condition, or fitness of a reward.

PURCHASING AND ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:
The final determination of Qualifying Product purchases and Promotional Activity will be based on the materials provided to the PT Computesta Digital Indonesia during the Promotion Period and subject to their discretion. Any purchases or activity recording before or after the Promotion Period will not be considered.

Purchases of Qualifying Products do not need to be in a single transaction or on a single receipt. Purchases of Qualifying Products can be made from more than one National Distributor designated by Western Digital during the Promotion Period. After the Promotion Period, PT Computesta Digital Indonesia will deliver applicable reward to participants via Participant’s authorized Western Digital distributor. Rewards are not transferable and cannot be encashed or exchanged. PT Computesta Digital Indonesia may change the list of Qualifying Products, the mechanics of this Promotion, and the Promotion rewards offered, at any time without prior notice and at its sole discretion, by updating these Terms & Conditions.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
By participating in the Promotion, you release Western Digital, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, officers, agents, and others associated with the implementation and/or operation of such Promotion, from and against any and all injury, loss, damage, or cost (including taxes) caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in such Promotion and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any reward. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the preceding release is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or void for any reason, each participant agrees that, by entering the Promotion (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with such Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out- of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering such Promotion, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses. Western Digital and its agencies make no warranties, guarantees or representations regarding a participant’s tax liability and participant is solely responsible for paying all taxes, which may include but are not limited to: income, national, regional, local, state, provincial and federal. All other costs and expenses not specified herein are not included and are solely the participant’s responsibility including without limitation any travel or transportation costs associated with claiming/retrieving the reward.

GENERAL PROVISIONS:
PT Computesta Digital Indonesia’s computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion. PT Computesta Digital Indonesia is not responsible for computer system, phone line, technical, hardware, software, or program failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are caused by human or technical error. PT Computesta Digital Indonesia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend part or all of this Promotion at any time for any reason permitted by law, including, but not limited to, an unauthorized human intervention or any other cause that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Promotion. Any participant who attempts to interfere with the proper operation of the Promotion will be disqualified. PT Computesta Digital Indonesia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that PT Computesta Digital Indonesia reasonably believes to have tampered with the operation of the Promotion, or who is found to be acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions and/or any applicable law.
